Many men are notorious for neglecting their health but on Tasmania’s north-west coast a cultural project is literally spearheading a new way of dealing with the issue.

The ancient Aboriginal art of spear-making and throwing is being used to engage the area’s Indigenous men and, at the same time, improve their health and wellbeing
